Eliminazione account e dati

Vale per Scribl (iPhone / iPad) e Scribl Viewer (Android, eu.nexatide.scribl.viewer)

Puoi cancellare il tuo account Scribl e tutto ciò che è associato in qualsiasi momento. Ecco come, e cosa succede esattamente.

Se vuoi solo scollegare il telefono Android

Non serve eliminare l'account. Apri Scribl Viewer, vai in Impostazioni e tocca Esci: le credenziali di sincronizzazione e tutti i quaderni scaricati vengono cancellati subito dal telefono. I quaderni sull'iPad non vengono toccati.

Eliminare l'intero account

L'eliminazione dell'account si richiede via email. Scrivici dall'indirizzo email associato al tuo Sign in with Apple:

Invia l'email a nexatide@gmail.com con oggetto "Richiesta eliminazione account Scribl".
Se hai usato la funzione "Nascondi la mia email" di Apple, scrivici pure dall'indirizzo di inoltro @privaterelay.appleid.com: va benissimo per identificarti.
Ti rispondiamo per confermare la richiesta — serve a evitare che qualcun altro cancelli il tuo account.
Procediamo all'eliminazione entro 30 giorni dalla conferma, di norma molto prima.

L'operazione è definitiva. Una volta eliminato l'account non possiamo recuperare i quaderni sincronizzati. Se ci tieni, prima esporta in PDF quello che vuoi conservare dall'app iOS.

Non conserviamo backup dei dati eliminati oltre il ciclo di rotazione tecnico dei backup del nostro fornitore di hosting, al termine del quale i dati spariscono anche da lì.

Due cose che non possiamo eliminare noi

L'abbonamento Scribl Plus. Lo gestisce Apple, non noi. Se hai un abbonamento attivo, annullalo dalle Impostazioni iOS → il tuo nome → Abbonamenti, altrimenti il rinnovo continua anche dopo l'eliminazione dell'account.
Il collegamento Sign in with Apple. Puoi revocarlo tu da Impostazioni iOS → il tuo nome → Accesso e sicurezza → Accedi con Apple.

Account and data deletion

Applies to Scribl (iPhone / iPad) and Scribl Viewer (Android, eu.nexatide.scribl.viewer)

You can delete your Scribl account and everything associated with it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.

If you only want to unlink your Android phone

You don't need to delete your account. Open Scribl Viewer, go to Settings and tap Sign out: your sync credentials and all downloaded notebooks are erased from the phone immediately. Notebooks on your iPad are untouched.

Deleting your entire account

Account deletion is requested by email. Write to us from the email address associated with your Sign in with Apple:

Request deletion by email

Send an email to nexatide@gmail.com with the subject "Scribl account deletion request".
If you used Apple's "Hide My Email", feel free to write from your @privaterelay.appleid.com forwarding address — that identifies you just fine.
We reply to confirm the request — this prevents someone else from deleting your account.
We complete the deletion within 30 days of your confirmation, usually much sooner.

This is permanent. Once the account is deleted we cannot recover your synced notebooks. If they matter to you, export what you want to keep as PDF from the iOS app first.

What gets deleted

We do not keep backups of deleted data beyond our hosting provider's technical backup rotation cycle, after which the data is gone from there too.

Two things we cannot delete for you

Your Scribl Plus subscription. Apple manages it, not us. If you have an active subscription, cancel it under iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, otherwise it keeps renewing even after your account is deleted.
The Sign in with Apple connection. You can revoke it yourself under iOS Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
