Scribl

Assistenza

Come collego il telefono Android all'iPad?

Scribl Viewer legge i quaderni creati sull'app iOS, quindi va prima collegato al tuo account. Hai due strade:

Posso scrivere o modificare dall'app Android?

No, non ancora.

Perché l'app Android mi chiede Scribl Plus?

Come esco dall'account su Android?

Impostazioni → Esci.

Come gestisco o annullo Scribl Plus?

Scribl

Support

Scribl is built by Nexatide, a small studio. Do write in: emails are read by an actual person, who usually replies within a couple of days.

Email nexatide@gmail.com

If you're reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, your Android or iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.

Frequently asked questions

How does the study coach work?

Open the Study screen from the graduation-cap button at the top of the library, tap Create a plan and hand the coach your material: a PDF, a scan, a notebook or pasted text. Pick the subject and the date of the exam.

Scribl reads the material and shows you the outline of the concepts it found: you can exclude what you don't need, rename units and merge them. Only once you approve it does it generate the plan — one session for every day you have left.

Does the coach send my books to the internet?

No. Reading the material, OCR on scans, the summaries, key sentences, questions and flashcards are all produced on the device. The text of your books never leaves the iPad, not even to us. Reading aloud works offline too.

The features that do pass through our servers — the Scribl AI chat, generated study sheets, explanations — are listed in the Privacy Policy.

The coach finds no text in my notebook

The coach reads both handwritten and typed text, but on pages made almost entirely of drawings or formulas it may not find enough to work with. In that case use the original PDF or book, or paste the text straight into the Text tab.

How does "Invite a friend" work?

Your code lives behind the gift button at the top of the library. Whoever enters it gets 14 days of Scribl Plus right away.

You get a month once that person has actually started using Scribl: they have to open it on two separate days and create at least one notebook. Downloading the app isn't enough. An active iCloud account on the device is required, and each iPad can redeem an invite only once.

I invited someone but didn't get my month

The month only lands after activation: two separate days of use and at least one notebook created on their side. If both have happened and you still see nothing, check your connection and reopen the invite screen — the count refreshes on the next launch.

How do I connect my Android phone to my iPad?

Scribl Viewer reads notebooks created in the iOS app, so it needs to be linked to your account first. There are two ways:

Can I write or edit from the Android app?

Not yet. Scribl Viewer is a read-only reader: it shows your notebooks, pages, photos and audio, but writing stays on the iPad with Apple Pencil. That's deliberate — matching the pen experience takes work we'd rather do properly than quickly.

Why does the Android app ask for Scribl Plus?

Reading on Android is part of Scribl Plus, the subscription you take out from the iOS app. If Plus is already active on your Apple ID, sign in with the same account and the app unlocks itself.

Once verified, you can read offline for 7 days before the app needs to re-check the subscription.

A notebook isn't showing up on Android

Notebooks only reach Android after the iPad has uploaded them. Try this:

  1. Open the app on your iPad and leave it in the foreground for a few seconds, with a network connection.
  2. On Android, pull down to refresh your library.
  3. If a page stays blank, it usually means the iPad hasn't finished uploading it yet — try again in a few minutes.
How do I sign out on Android?

Settings → Sign out. Your credentials and all downloaded notebooks are erased from the phone immediately. Notebooks on your iPad are untouched.

How do I manage or cancel Scribl Plus?

The subscription is managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions and pick Scribl. You can change plan or cancel from there; we can't do it on your behalf.

How do I delete my account?

The full procedure, and exactly what gets erased, is on the Account deletion page.
